Refund Policy

• Courses: refundable within 7 days of purchase, if you have watched less than 20% of the course.
• Coaching sessions: refundable or reschedulable if you cancel at least 24 hours before the session.
• Community event seats: refundable up to 48 hours before the session.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying a course, as long as you have watched less than 20% of the lessons. We check your progress in the course to confirm this.

After 7 days, or once you have watched 20% or more, the course is not refundable, because you already have access to a significant part of the content.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your session starts, you can choose either a full refund for that session or to move it to a new date and time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, or you do not attend, the session is not refundable. If something urgent has happened, please tell us and we will look at it with you.

For a package of four sessions, the same rules apply to each session that has not taken place yet. Sessions you have already attended are not refundable.

You can cancel a seat and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before the session starts. Within 48 hours of the start, the seat is not refundable.

If we cancel a session or an event, or we cannot deliver what you bought, you will get a full refund, or you can choose a new date if one is available.

• We will reply to confirm whether the request meets this policy.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to show the money in your account. When a course is refunded, access to it ends.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under Egyptian consumer protection law.
